Anyone can see your username and password when you use them unencrypted for every website which don’t use "http://"
By using FireSheep extension of FireFox , Anyone can access various peoples Gmail, Facebook, Yahoo, Hotmail and virtually every possible service known to man.

FireSheep – It  is a FireFox  plugin and totally passive network monitoring at its easiest. For pre-defined sites its been pre-programmed to sniff for certain username of password.

Here I will show you how can you protect your Gmail and Facebook Account.

Google accounts are just as easy to get into using the brainless FireSheep extension. I don’t ever do anything malicious. Just maybe set people’s search results to Vietnamese or something

When you are using a public network of any kind, wifi or not, expect many people see everything you are doing on internet. You didn’t just get hacked. You are yelling to anyone that can hear you your username and passwords.

Google Translate, Now With Voice Input

Google Chrome 11 added support for HTML speech input API. " With this API, developers can give web apps the ability to transcribe your voice to text. When a web page uses this feature, you simply click on an icon and then speak into your computer's microphone. The recorded audio is sent to speech servers for transcription, after which the text is typed out for you." Google Translate is the first Google service that uses this feature. If you use Google Chrome 11 Beta , Google Chrome 12 Dev / Canary or a recent Chromium build and visit Google Translate (Click Here) , you can click the voice input icon. Right now, this feature only works for English, so you need to select "English" from the list of input languages.
