Hey Guys, when you Delete any file from your System,then Actually Image of that file remain in
the HardDisk. Even when You use "Shift+delete" then also image of file remain, and Some Tools are Available by which you can Recover files from Formated drive also . And You can recover these files later on by using software and by Restoring system to back date.

Thus Any one else which can use Your System can get easily these files .

In order to remove, or shred files permanently from your system you have to use a program that is capable of rewriting the files with random series of binary data multiple times. This process is often called shredding.That way, the actual content of the file has been overwritten and the possibilities to recover such a shredded file are mostly theoretical
