Make ShortCut Key To Fast Access






Hello Friends, Today i am telling you to Create ShortCuts to Fast access any Software or even folders also..





follow the Steps :


1). If you wanna to make shortcut of any icon of Software present at Desktop and
in Start-->Programs ... then just Right Click on that ..(Like Here for an Example
I clicked on Mozilla Firefox icon presented at Desktop)

Then go to the "Shortcut tab" , in this go to Shortcut Box and type any word aur numeric digit then it will automatically add "Ctrl+Alt" with your entered key like:




Here I have Pressed 'M' then my Shortcut key to Access/open Mozilla Directly just by
pressing "Ctrl+Alt+M" .

2) If you wanna to make shortcut of any folder then for this you have to add this folder in "Start" menu ..

Like Let Suppose here i want to make an shortcut of an folder exists in "E drive"

First Right Click on Start ,then go to "Properties" ..


Go to Start menu ... then CLick to Cutomize...


Click on Add button ..then Browse to that Folder ..and Click Next


then Select where you want to add this folder ..

And At Last Give the Name of the Folder That Display in that Menu ...
Then Click to Finish !!!

Then you will find that folder in Start Menu Where you have add it.

Go to That Folder -->Right Click on it --> Go to ShortCut tab--> in Shortcut Key Box ,type any key

Now you have make the short cut key for that folder. Now you can access that Folder By using
ShortCut Key .!!!

Click to Enable button.

Upload and View Videos in Google Docs

Google Docs , It is the popular cloud based Office Suit of Google . Google has been continuously adding new features for his users in Google Docs. Recently Google made Docs more advance by adding the uploading, storing and viewing video feature to Docs. Here is the way how you can upload and view video in Google Docs. Google provide 1GB space for upload a video with the maximum resolution of 1920x1080. It also supports multiple formats like WebM , MPEG4, 3GPP and MOV files, AVI MPEGPS, WMV and FLV. To upload a video just click on upload button at the left top. To watch your Uploaded video simple click on the file from your document list.
