5 Things that Google don't but Yahoo! Search can



Google is the world's number one favorite web search engine but there are a couple of cool things that only Yahoo! can do . Have a look:
  




1. Compose emails form the Yahoo! search box. - Type !mail abc@abc.com in the Yahoo! search box and it will automatically compose a new email message for you in Yahoo! mail.



2. Get Lyrics of any song or your favorite artist  - Type madonna lyrics or madonna material girl lyrics 

3. Specify the order of search keywords in queries - You want to search a web page where word A comes berfore B but not vice versa, then just put the search query in Square Brackets. 

An Example : [Sylvester Stallone] - will only return web pages where the word Sylvester appear before Stallone.


4. Search your favorite websites form Yahoo! itself. - Type !wiki google in Yahoo! Search box to search Google in Wikipedia.com. Other popular shortcuts are !ebay, !amazon and !flickr. You can also execute these from the Firefox Search Box without changging the default search engine 


 5. linkdomain -  An undocumented Yahoo Web search operator - Can you find the number of articles on Wikipedia Website That link to CNN.com ?
It's almost impossible to get this from Google but you can do so quite easily in Yahoo!

Seriously, favicon should be changed everyday to match the date," suggested a Google Calendar user. Google listened to the feedback and the favicon will now change Every Day. "When you look at the Google Calendar icon at the top of your browser window, it will no longer always display 31 but will instead change to reflect the current day of the month. Today's date is now always a short glance away." Google Calendar is the first Google service that has a dynamic favicon, but you can change Gmail's favicon to show the number of unread messages . Click to Enable button.

Google Docs , It is the popular cloud based Office Suit of Google . Google has been continuously adding new features for his users in Google Docs. Recently Google made Docs more advance by adding the uploading, storing and viewing video feature to Docs. Here is the way how you can upload and view video in Google Docs. Google provide 1GB space for upload a video with the maximum resolution of 1920x1080. It also supports multiple formats like WebM , MPEG4, 3GPP and MOV files, AVI MPEGPS, WMV and FLV.
